Reuse Design Of Low-efficiency Space In The Local Elderly Care Community

With the deepening of the aging society,most elderly people will choose to provide old-age care in the old community.And entering the old age will be accompanied by continuous changes in physical functions,social roles and family roles,and these changes are the main reasons affecting the psychological status of the elderly.According to the survey,the old communities can no longer meet the multi-faceted needs of the elderly in the elderly,which are mainly attributed to the psychological and emotional needs,the convenience of life,and the safety problems caused by the decline of physical functions.These problems must be faced by our human development,and also must be faced by our community renewal.For my design,my main problem is to focus on the psychological and emotional aspects of the local elderly community.Demand is the main research direction,and a part of it is used to solve the safety problems caused by physical decline.By reusing the inefficient space of the old community,we can respond to the development of the old community in our era in which areas can be more suitable for aging community renewal.The way to solve the problem is to set up fitness trails through limited areas to ensure safety,and set up node spaces to improve the multi-faceted interaction and convenience of community residents.In addition,it also mainly optimized the aging function of the original community gathering space,and added a variety of intergenerational communication spaces to enhance interaction between neighbors.Because the community is not only a natural environment,it is also a social space that spans different time and space ranges between people.
