S Pharmaceutical enterprise as a leading pharmaceutical retailer chain businesses,has been expanding nationwide since listed in 2021.It is an urgent problem for S pharmaceutical company to avoid blindly expanding the scale and quantity of retail terminals and to set up retail terminal coverage to cover as large a consumer area as possible under the condition of controlling operating costs.The traditional empirical method of location selection of S pharmaceutical company is not suitable for large-scale opening up of new markets.In addition,the development of digital economy has accelerated the transformation and upgrading of the traditional retail industry.In order to improve the experience of consumers,S pharmaceutical company has also developed its wechat mini program,on which consumers can place online orders conveniently.Therefore,when expanding new markets for site selection,in addition to the traditional factors affecting site selection,it is necessary to consider both online and offline consumers to open up the business model of the integration of both lines.This paper takes the retail terminal location in Area C of the newly opened market as an example to study the location problem of the retail terminal expansion of S pharmaceutical company to a new area.In the location of the new market,the two-line operation mode of the new retail is reflected in the model,taking into account the convenience of online and offline consumers.Firstly,the POI data of the buildings where the population gathered were clustered based on the characteristics of population factors,economic factors,transportation location,competition factors,etc.,to determine the central point of drug demand in the new market.Then competition threshold is introduced to select alternative retail terminal points from drug demand points.Then,taking the minimum total cost and the shortest delivery service time as the optimization object,the two-objective optimization model of retail terminal location in the new market is constructed,and the appropriate retail terminal is selected from these alternative points as the final location.In the implementation,the POI data of the active population buildings on the Amap map is crawled by web crawler to collect the spatial data.DBSCAN clustering algorithm was used to obtain the central point of drug demand.In the construction of the optimization model,the historical sales volume and gross product of the enterprise in the existing region were used to estimate the drug sales data of the new market in recent years,and the grey prediction model was used to predict the future drug demand of the new market.The transportation cost and time cost of the total cost include not only the traditional cost of supply from the logistics distribution center to the pharmaceutical retail terminal,but also the cost of distribution beyond the service radius of the retail terminal,and the cost of consumers choosing the distribution mode within the service radius of the retail terminal.To solve the model,NSGA-II genetic algorithm was used for programming in Matlab,and multiple groups of Pareto solution sets were obtained.Then Arc GIS was used to visualize the location selection scheme,and the feasibility of three typical location selection schemes in expanding new markets was analyzed according to the actual regional situation,which provided reference for retail terminal location selection of S pharmaceutical company in expanding new markets.
