In the modern global highly market-oriented environment,the key to production and competition of enterprises is the control of resources,and human resources,as an important basic resource of enterprises,is also an important condition to constitute the competitiveness of enterprises.Reasonable use of human resources will improve the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.Reasonable performance evaluation of human resources plays an important role in maintaining employee loyalty and healthy development of enterprises.The grass-roots managers in enterprises,as the core personnel in the execution level of business strategy,have a direct impact on the implementation effect of various work.To fully mobilize and tap the enthusiasm and potential ability of grass-roots managers plays a vital role in the realization of strategic objectives of enterprises.Therefore,human resource managers in enterprises need to establish a relatively scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system for grass-roots managers,and make efficient use of human resources.This paper takes Z Company as the research object,through interviews,questionnaires and other methods,carries out a comprehensive study and Analysis on the design of the performance evaluation system of grass-roots managers in this enterprise,and finds out the problems.According to the investigation and research,the performance evaluation of grass-roots managers by Z Company lacks rationality and scientificity,which is mainly manifested in the high subjective factors of evaluation,the inability of evaluation indicators to fully reflect the work content of employees,and the unclear evaluation criteria.Based on the key performance indicators and 360-degree evaluation method,this paper establishes the performance evaluation index of grass-roots managers,redetermines the evaluation subject,designs the evaluation weight,and constructs a performance evaluation system suitable for grass-roots managers of Z Company.
