Research On Planning And Construction Of Rural Pastoral Complex

In 2017,as a new agricultural development mode,the rural complex was formally proposed,and the planning and construction of the rural complex has also become an important measure to promote the development of rural industry.Under the background of relevant policies,this paper constructs the theoretical analysis framework of planning and construction of rural complex by using the methods of literature research,field research and case analysis,and summarizes the conditions and constraints of rural complex construction,as well as the research mechanism of "tourism plus" as the core value-added path and the formation of industrial integration.On this basis,it analyzes the representative research mechanism.Based on the classic cases at home and abroad,the policy suggestions on the planning of rural complex are finally obtained.Taking Wangshe rural complex in Linqu County as an example,on the basis of expounding the concept and relevant theories of the rural complex,this paper first analyzes the current situation and constraints of the planning and construction of Wangshe rural complex,and then analyzes the existing problems in the development of Wangshe rural complex,such as imperfect infrastructure,serious ecological environment pollution,lack of cultural industry cluster characteristics,and partial participation of farmers low and single industrial development model and many other issues.Combined with the actual development of Wangshe rural complex,this paper puts forward the next development planning suggestions of Wangshe rural complex from three aspects:constraints,value-added path and industrial integration.In terms of breaking through the constraints of conditions,the government should further strengthen the protection of infrastructure construction and ecological environment,ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the project,actively plan to attract investment,highlight the main carrier role of farmers' cooperatives,and realize the transformation from government led to market led;in terms of value-added path,adjust the agricultural structure and expand In terms of industrial integration,we should extend the chain of agricultural industry and realize the integration of three industries.
