A Probe Into The Pattern Of Idyllic Complex And Its Construction Approach

The issue of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” has been the focus of the relevant policies of the Party and the government since it was filed in the Central Document No.1 in2004.In October 2017,the strategic goal of rural revitalization was reported in the 19 th National Congress for the first time.In February 2018,the rural revitalization strategic plan was initially formed and then completed in May.In fact,in recent years,the theory of rural complex and its pilot operation have been devoted to promoting the "three rural" problem solving and promoting the realization of the "village revitalization" strategic goal.The rural complex is applicable to the reality of rural development and promotes agricultural production and the overall improvement of rural life and its environment has promoted the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Therefore,the research on the pastoral complex model and its construction approach has important theoretical and practical significance for the development and construction of rural areas in China and the realization of its revitalization goals.This paper,starting from the perspective of rural planning,combined with the objectives of the rural revitalization strategy,studies the relevant theories and construction approaches of the pastoral complex model through literature collection,concept comparison analysis,case studies and applied research.The rural planning and design model provides relevant guidance.Firstly,the article sorts out the development process of China's rural planning since the founding of the People's Republic of China,and analyzes the practical significance of the pastoral complex through the comparison of relevant policies and the evolution of the practice process.Secondly,through the analysis of the connotation,characteristics,principles and construction conditions of the rural complex,the core content and mode of the construction of the rural complex arestudied,and the development of the agricultural industry and the rural areas are coordinated with the focus of the three generations of synchronization,the integration of the three industries and the Trinity.The ecological environment,the quality of life of farmers and other content,build a preliminary theoretical framework system.Analyze the case of the construction of the rural complex,and compare its application conditions and operational problems.Finally,according to the resource conditions of Wufeng Village in Jixian County,the construction concept and core content of the pastoral complex are introduced into the planning and design,forming a village planning and construction system under the theory of rural complex,which provides reference and reference for the construction and development of new countryside in the new period.
