Planning And Design Of A Rural Complex Construction Project

Since the opening reform,the national level has issued several policies to promote the long-term development of rural areas,especially in the rural revitalization of the environment,the construction of a new type of urbanization,rural diversified development has received increasing attention.The new mode of exploring rural development is also becoming more and more abundant.The appearance of rural complex mode breaks the single flow of population from rural to urban,and is of great significance to the sustainable development of rural and urban.As a result,more and more planning studies of rural complexes have emerged in the academic field,and the construction of rural complexes in grass-roots villages and towns has made continuous progress in the exploration of theory and practice.In order to make rural complex projects more in line with local reality,the earlier planning and design research becomes more important.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the related rural complex construction projects at home and abroad,this paper sums up some experiences and achievements,and formulates the research contents and research methods of the planning and design of this project according to the actual situation,to ensure that the project can be more local style and characteristics,to promote local economic development.Based on the SWOT analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of the rural complex project,this paper evaluates the factors combined with the actual situation of the construction project,on the basis of making full use of the existing resources,the development strategy of the construction project can be put forward,which can give full play to its advantages,avoid its disadvantages,seek opportunities,meet challenges,achieve the project objectives and plan positioning.By decomposing the overall idea of the construction project,this paper expounds the construction objectives of the main product line and the supporting construction objectives of the product,and subdivides the development orientation,the planning orientation and the functional orientation of the pastoral complex,in order to better achieve the goal of project construction planning results.In the overall planning,the scope of land use,industrial layout,functional structure,characteristics of planning,supporting planning for the design,at the same time,the Comprehensive Service area,leisure resort area,characteristic nursery area,hydrophilic agricultural park and eco-agricultural area were designed.In the function planning,the aim is to combine the traditional agricultural planting industry with the modern leisure and health-preserving tourism industry through the product function planning and the urban-rural linkage planning function of this construction project,and realize the rural revitalization driven by the industrial integration.
