Research On The Application Of Cost Consulting In The Whole Process

In recent years,with the rapid development of the construction industry,as well as the promulgation of the country's "release management" policy,the "Belt and Road" strategy and supply-side reforms,it has brought a lot of opportunities and challenge for the development and application of construction industry and whole process cost consulting.Compared with foreign countries,the development of full-process cost consulting in China is not mature.Although the number of project cases using full-process cost consulting has increased dramatically in recent years,there are still some problems in the implementation process.For example,the owner does not attach importance to the whole process cost consultation,there is no systematic cost control thinking,and the understanding of cost consultation is still limited to periodic cost consultation or on-site audit;for example,cost consultation is not applied at all stages of construction projects,and intermittent cost consultation is easy to cause information loss and faults,and reduce the ability to predict risks and crises.Based on the actual case of the JXZH project,this paper analyzes the research status of the whole process cost consultation at home and abroad,explores the owner's analysis of the whole process cost consultation,and then explores the necessity of implementing the whole process cost consultation.Take the JXZH project as an example,explore and study the whole process cost consulting theory,and apply it to the five stages of the full life cycle of the construction project-the decision-making stage,the design stage,the bidding stage,the construction stage and the completion acceptance stage,and analyze the the work ideas and control points in the application process,from which comparative analysis of the work content and existing problems of the JXZH project,and then jump out of the project to explore the control measures of cost at various stages.Through the analysis of the effectiveness and shortcomings of the JXZH project,a comparison of similar lessons learned from the failure of the B project is added,and the experience and improvement of the whole process cost consultation are deduced.The application of the whole process cost consultation in the case brings economic benefits to the owner,saves costs and shortens the construction period,and promotes the orderly construction of construction projects.Through the study of this paper,it is expected to bring certain reference to similar projects in the future.
