| The whole process of cost management has become the field of engineering an important content, is also a project management in the field, the whole process of cost from the engineering consulting to the acceptance of the entire life cycle, and tools of project cost and the method used is also produced major change. Although the whole process engineering cost already has a wealth of experience in developed countries, but the whole process of project cost management in our country is still in the initial stage, the whole process of cost engineering project in China relates only to the construction phase of the project. This paper analyzes the problems existed in the present the whole process of cost of our project, trying to find a suitable way of the whole process cost management method of engineering project of our country,expect to be able to reference and to promote the process of China’s engineering cost for play.This thesis takes "the connotation of the whole process cost management" to start, the first phase of the project on the case of MCC YuShan Shang park Xin chang company combined with the whole process of cost management, the engineering project cost consultation service conducted a comprehensive analysis and research.In the study,focus on the analysis of present situation of metallurgical Yushan Shang park first phase project of the whole process cost and the existing problems,according to the project life cycle cost service for each stage gradually is analyzed and studied, based on the analysis of existing problems and shortcomings in the whole process cost YuShan Shang park in the first stage of the project. Then constructed the model of Yushan shang park one phase of the project total cost control, comprehensive to Yushan shang park one phase of the project cost consulting service are. The paper analyses and studies the last use of quantitative analysis method to evaluate the total cost consultation service risk control and effect,for the whole process of cost consultation service plays a certain theoretical courses and practical significance. |
