Abstract/Summary:
This is a rapidly changing era.Human resources are regarded as the core strategic resource by more and more international famous enterprises who not only manage human resources,but also develop and utilize human resources to win advantage in the competition.The internationalization of Chinese enterprises is relatively late compared with others,but under the guidance of national strategies,especially under the guidance of “the Belt and Road” strategy,more and more Chinese enterprises go internationalizing and take part in the international competition.This thesis take the state-owned automobile company at the early stage of strategic transformation as research object.Through the theoretical research,this thesis combines the strategic human resource management with the cross-cultural management,put the cross-cultural elements into themodules of strategic human resource management system.And linking theory with practice,after analyzing the human resource problems arising in the process of strategic internationalization through the interview method,expert evaluation method and questionnaire investigation method,this thesis figure out the solution which is setting up the cross-cultural human resource management system under the internationalizing developing strategy.The research result can provide references to other Chinese companies who has been or are about to go internationalizing and help them realizing the importance of the cross-cultural human resource management system under the internationalizing developing strategy.It would be also very important to manage,develop and utilize human resources as core strategic resource to win advantage in the competition.Therefore,this thesis has great practical significance.
