In recent years,under the influence of many factors at home and abroad,such as the slowdown trend of world economic growth,the profound changes of international economic environment,the transformation of new and old driving forces and the adjustment of industrial structure when China's economy changes from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,a large number of domestic import and export companies are limited to the low-end manufacturing industry,and the proportion of high-tech industry exports is small,so they are faced with the challenges At the same time of great transformation opportunities,it also faces risks brought by industrial adjustment and changes in international situation.Since the 1990 s,China began to accept the industrial transfer from foreign auto parts manufacturing enterprises.A considerable number of domestic private enterprises,relying on the favorable advantages of low domestic labor cost and rich human resources,firmly grasp the major opportunity of foreign industrial transfer and the advantages of complete domestic industrial supporting facilities,march into the auto parts industry in large numbers,accelerate the penetration of private capital into the auto parts industry,and develop rapidly in domestic auto parts manufacturing enterprises with the special advantages of high efficiency in decision-making and quick and flexible response of private enterprises.Since 2018,the United States has been the first to initiate trade disputes.Based on the "301" investigation results,the United States imposed tariffs on Chinese exports of U.S.goods.The Chinese government immediately responded and adopted countermeasures.The Sino-U.S.economic and trade frictions have affected the import and export enterprises of Rizhao City to varying degrees,and the automobile parts have also suffered different degrees under this round of trade frictions Loss.At present,there are still some problems in Rizhao auto parts export enterprises to the United States,such as the lack of key core technology,foreign brands occupying the core parts market.For the export enterprises of auto parts,the middle and low-end processing and manufacturing enterprises account for a large proportion,with low product added value,lack of core technology,insufficient core competitiveness and low product profit margin.Mostenterprises are small in scale,weak in comprehensive strength and low in risk resistance.In the economic and trade frictions between China and the United States,the concerted action of small and medium-sized enterprises is to reduce exports to the United States or even cancel ordersIn this situation,enterprises must be based on their own reality,actively respond to the impact of friction,and reasonably adjust their development strategies,so as to improve their ability to cope with risks,expand their share and position in the international market,and realize their long-term development and sustainable income.So how to realize the strategic transformation and upgrading,effectively avoid risks,grow and strengthen the Chinese brand under the impact of the complex economic situation and the spring tide of industrial adjustment has become an urgent problem.Based on the background of Sino-US economic and trade frictions,this paper takes MJ enterprises as the research object through deep thinking on the adjustment of enterprise development strategy under Sino-US economic and trade frictions.Using PEST analysis,Porter's "five forces" analysis model,SWOT and other analysis methods,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment MJ enterprises are facing,finds out the internal advantages and disadvantages of enterprises,seizes the opportunities and threats,and develops SWOT analysis matrix based on the analysis results.Further study and analyze the next development strategy and measures of the enterprise,determine the strategic development goal of the enterprise,put forward the strategic direction of "differentiation strategy first,low-cost strategy second,based on the existing market for new market and product development,adhere to the sound development strategy in terms of development strength,and appropriately pursue radical development on the basis of careful risk control.".In the way of realization,we should base on our own development,choose strategic alliance when the time is right,expand our sales channels and develop new products with the help of the development of large-scale enterprises,so as to build the enterprise brand".According to the suggestions of enterprise development strategy,this paper puts forward five measures from "organization optimization and adjustment,new product development,new market development,technology creation,employee motivation" to ensure the smooth implementation of enterprise development strategy.
