From the perspective of market competition of auto parts enterprises,the release of market competition follows a certain structure.From the low level of "regional production and marketing" to the higher level of "transnational production and marketing",it is released step by step,which is also the order that the auto parts industry should follow.Novel coronavirus pneumonia was China’s rapid growth in the2009-2017 years of the macroeconomic stimulus.The passenger car market in China increased faster than the same period last year.This also led to the rapid development of the auto parts industry.After 2017,the Chinese auto industry chain is facing severe tests due to the global economic recovery,Sino US trade friction,the demand for domestic automobile market and the new crown pneumonia.From this logic,auto parts enterprises fall into the competitive situation of industrial transformation,but the higher level of market competition has different competitive characteristics from the past,leading to the result that auto parts enterprises can not effectively follow up.At present,a higher level of market competition begins to appear in China’s auto parts enterprises.The industry is in the critical period of transformation and upgrading,and enterprises have the risk of falling into losses.Therefore,in the competitive strategy,we should pay attention to the development trend of higher level competition,and actively look for changes in the external environment,and in this process,the enterprise’s competitive strategy should also make corresponding changes.The main contents of this paper include:(1)the definition and theoretical basis of t he relevant competitive strategy of auto parts enterprises,which provides a solid theoret ical basis for this study;(2)summarizing and analyzing the research results of auto parts enterprises’ competitive strategy at home and abroad,borrowing the existing research e xperience and comparing the lack of research to improve the research level of this paper;(3)selecting A auto parts enterprise in Sichuan and Chongqing for multi-dimensional a nalysis,effective analysis,measurement and evaluation of enterprise competitiveness;(4)combined with evaluation of the cost leading strategy of A auto parts enterprise in Si chuan and Chongqing,construct the implementation strategy of enterprise cost leading s trategy.The conclusion of this paper is: at present,the development level of auto parts h product manufacturers in China is uneven,and there are obvious differences.The auto parts enterprises with strong competitiveness are mainly joint ventures and enterprises implementing modular production,but there are few domestic enterprises that can effectively reflect the development of auto parts h products.Therefore,this paper constructs the competitive strategy model of Sichuan Chongqing a auto parts enterprise,analyzes and evaluates the model effectively,and puts forward the implementation scheme and guiding opinions for improving the competitiveness of Sichuan Chongqing a auto parts enterprise.The innovation point of this paper is: Based on the background of automobile industry chain,this paper focuses on the related enterprises of auto parts industry,makes up for the current situation that the automobile industry research is mainly based on the main engine plant,carries out the research on improving the competitiveness of Sichuan Chongqing a auto parts enterprise from the perspective of "cost leading strategy",puts forward innovative ideas to promote the competitiveness of enterprises,and discusses the implementation path of cost leading strategy.
