With the sustained and rapid development of China's economy,the demand for electricity is very strong.In accordance with the requirements of the "13th Five-Year" program,China continues to optimize the energy structure,gradually speed up the development of nuclear power with rapid and safety.By 2020,the installed capacity of nuclear power has reached 58 million kilowatts,under construction capacity more than 30 million kilowatts.Before the construction of TW nuclear power station Unit 3 and 4 extend project,instead of using system to administrate material data in whole process informatization for extend project,the whole nuclear power system use EXCEL spreadsheet to administrate material data.The lack of management and control in standardization for data,causes a series of problems such as low data quality,great workload and time consuming of data acquisition and cleaning,and data can't be widely shared and applied,which affect final accounts and transfer of fixed assets at last.The material management system construction of the second phase extend project of TW nuclear power station will solve the current material data management problems effectively.It will achieve investment control and KPI assessment in system.The final list of fixed assets can be generated by system transfer,laying the foundation for subsequent data integration and application.It will generate accurate,reliable and effective transfer data for production automatically.It will improve management efficiency and save labor costs in guarantee of the standardization,integrity,continuity,rationality and accuracy of material data.The construction of material management system of the second phase extend project of TW nuclear power station will has lay a solid foundation for the digital power station.This paper is divided into six parts:the first introduces the background,significance and research statusof the topic,and lists the research content and technical route;the part 2 introduces the related theory of feasibility study,research content and main method;the part 3 introduces the project and discusses the project needs analysis;the part 4 lists the technical scheme of the project,put forward the technical difficulties,and demonstrate the technical difficulties;the part 5 evaluates the project through several aspects,such as investment estimate,economic analysis and risk analysis;finally summarizes the feasibility of the project,in order to provide reference for further research on the project.The main contribution of this paper is that:(1)The TW nuclear power plant two expansion project material management system of construction project needs to carry on the effective analysis and mining,for whether the project provide the premise,but also provides theoretical guidance for the project design and carry out effective content.(2)The economic analysis of the material management system construction project of the two phase expansion project of TW nuclear power station is analyzed.At the same time,many risks existing in the project are screened out,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
