China's economic development,the development of the construction industry is an important component.Slightly and not only the risk of building in recent years,our country industry security risks are rising trend,and in the social environment,the construction industry are more and more,but time is also more predictable,in particular,is the market in many uncertain factors exist,the construction industry is very easy to fall into the trap set,the daily economic activities are often restricted,making the construction industry faces more risk,and once these risks do not pay attention to,to a certain extent,ignored,may lead to huge economic losses,and even the entire construction project can not continue to go on,and interrupt,eventually become rotten tail Engineering.Therefore,in view of the construction industry these big background,how to carry on the scientific risk management,becomes the question which we urgently need to pay attention to now.This article will start from the concept analysis,leads to the concept of risk management in the construction project,the specific content and management process,etc..On this basis,the development process and current situation of risk management of construction project in our country are analyzed,and the existing problems and the deep reasons behind it are pointed out.Then,starting with the characteristics and principles of risk identification,the paper discusses how to identify the risk in the construction process of the construction project,and makes a concrete analysis on the method of the risk identification.For all kinds of projects to the actual existence of risk factors,this paper through an example of that NJ city JH apartment project as an example,prior to the use of the established system of risk management theory,specific risk identification and evaluation,and puts forward some specific measures to cope with the risks.Risk identification of the specific content is divided into the JH apartment building project in the city of NJ,namely the risk evaluation index system,risk evaluation process design,risk index weight design and risk evaluation methods,finally according to the results of risk assessment,and put forward the corresponding risk coping strategies.The main contribution of this paper is embodied in:(1)Drawing on the latest results of risk identification at home and abroad,the risk of JH apartment project in NJ City is effectively identified,which provides a good theoretical guidance for risk management of the project.(2)according to the risk evaluation problem of JH apartment project in NJ City,this paper puts forward the evaluation method based on neural network,and carries on the empirical evaluation,which provides data support for the project risk management and control.
