Research On Optimization Of Performance Management System Of H Power Company

Electric power is one of the most important energy sources in our country.Accordingly,electric power enterprise is a solid fortress of national energy security,which ensures the security and continuous supply of electric power.Since the reform and opening up,electric power enterprises have implemented a series of measures,including:integration of electric power resources,upgrading and transformation of transmission system,system reform and so on.At present,under the new energy security strategy of "four revolutions and one cooperation" in China,the electric power enterprises are stepping up the reform.In this important period,enterprises should establish a backbone team with strong professional level and new ideas,which is not only to implement the requirements of the central spirit,but also to carry out characteristic development of enterprises.The establishment of performance management system has accelerated the pace of this idea.Since 2008,H power company began to establish a performance management system and achieved initial results.However,due to the lack of experience,its performance management system is not sound,human resources are relatively lost,the grassroots did not improve the quality and efficiency of management.According to the new document issued by the central government,all departments of power enterprises should perform their duties in strict accordance with the distribution process,make the best use of resources and gradually improve performance management.Based on the above background,this article takes H electric power company as an example,adopted three kinds of research methods:literature research,case analysis,questionnaire and field interviews and other research methods,to explore the management methods of performance under the new situation and feasibility,according to the problems existing in the current H electric power company performance management and the status quo.from the improvement of performance management quality and the effect,reasonable improving enterprise performance management plan,put forward the corresponding strategy,to ensure smooth running of enterprise performance management,and finally summarizes the research results and the focus of the H enterprise performance management.
