Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,due to the influence of uncertain factors such as the global COVID-19 epidemic and the Sino-US trade friction,the business philosophy and management mode of enterprises have been impacted and changed.The traditional mode of enterprise performance management can not better serve the management of enterprise human resources,and can not meet the needs of enterprise management.In order to ensure the achievement of the strategic objectives of the enterprise,the enterprise managers should further optimize the enterprise performance management system,improve the management level of the enterprise,to ensure the long-term development of the enterprise.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of performance management at home and abroad and related theories to consolidate the theoretical basis of performance management.Secondly,using the method of questionnaire survey,field investigation,literature research and other research methods,find out the shandong LZGL company currently existing in the performance management system of performance management goal setting has deviation,not clear,the method is not scientific and so on,use the management by objectives,key performance indicators(kpis)and balanced scorecard performance management methods,such as,in shandong LZGL company as a whole performance management system optimization,to achieve the goal clear,well-organized,system of complete and reasonable process flow,indicators of results,lay solid foundation for the shandong LZGL company human resource management,Assist the improvement of enterprise management level;Finally,it puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of performance management from the aspects of improving the organizational structure of performance management system,establishing and perfecting the performance management system and cultivating the advanced culture of enterprise performance management.
