| Civil aviation transportation is an important part of my country’s circulation field.In 2018,when meeting with the Sichuan Hero crew,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that it is necessary to ensure the safe operation of civil aviation in a stable and controllable manner,and to achieve the goal of a strong civil aviation country.Goal-oriented,problem-oriented,and insist on "compensating shortcomings,strengths and weaknesses",and emphasized that in the process of transformation and development,the airport unit should always pay attention to the work style construction of civil aviation personnel and strengthen human resource management.Based on the research of the current situation of the Hangzhou Airport Flight Zone Center,this paper conducts a survey on the status quo of employee satisfaction through questionnaires,uses SPSS software to analyze the survey results,grasps the basic situation and existing problems of employee satisfaction,and reveals the impact on the airport The main factor of employee satisfaction.Based on the average satisfaction of six perspectives of salary,personal development,work itself,interpersonal relationship,cultural construction,and personal attributes,the satisfaction samples of the employees in the airport flight area center are presented,and improvement strategies are proposed to provide better incentives for the implementation of airport personnel.reference.Generally speaking,the satisfaction level of employees in the center of the flight zone is at the mid-to-upstream level,but there is still a certain gap from the ideal state.Employees are restricted by their own conditions such as position,position,education level,etc.,and their satisfaction with various aspects of the airport is not the same.The working environment,organizational culture,salary,training and other external factors also have varying degrees of impact on employee satisfaction.Among them,the factors that have a relatively large impact on the current airport employees are the working environment and cultural construction.This article believes that the satisfaction of airport employees should be improved from four aspects: optimizing the salary and welfare management system,promoting personal career development,improving the internal interpersonal atmosphere,and establishing a harmonious working environment.In the long run,the flight zone center should carry out more in-depth reforms in human management to better improve the satisfaction of department employees. |
