Research On Construction Project Management Under Construction General Contracting Mode

With the accelerating pace of urbanization in China,construction engineering,as an important condition to ensure the effective operation of the city and improve the living standard of the residents,ushered in an unprecedented peak period of construction.Governments at all levels have also stepped up investment and construction efforts in construction projects.As a typical representative of the current domestic project contracting mode,the construction general contracting mode has been adopted by more and more construction projects,and how to do well the construction project management under the construction general contract mode,Is a lot of construction enterprises have been thinking,studying the problem.Based on this,the research background and significance of construction project management are expounded,the research status of construction project management at home and abroad is analyzed,and the research contents,research methods and technical routes are explained.Secondly,the construction project under the general contracting mode is sorted out.Based on the theory of construction project management and the characteristics of construction projects,the connotation,characteristics,process and basic requirements of construction project management under general contracting mode are put forward.On this basis,a construction project is selected as the background case,the current situation of the construction project management is analyzed,the experience and problems in the project management are summarized,and some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the construction project management.
