The development of construction industry plays a vital role in promoting national economic construction and urban construction.Because of construction engineering construction of oneself trival,high technical requirements,involving complex field,led to the birth of "construction general contracting form",but the enterprise has not for the "construction general contracting" put forward the corresponding management measures,therefore,makes the scheme does not give a full play to the superiority of the "general contracting",is also unable to achieve the project goals.In conclusion,the current program should be optimized and improved.This thesis takes "JQ project of S company" as an example to conduct optimization research,and USES advanced management methods to construct the overall contract management optimization scheme of this JQ project.First studied the topics background,expatiates the purpose and significance,elaborated the domestic and foreign existing general contracting management method,and the concept,construction general contracting project general contracting management related theory.Then,it analyzes the actual situation of the JQ project of S company,the current situation of the general contract management of construction,the problems in the general contract management of construction and the causes of the problems.After that,the related optimization scheme is proposed for the core problems to be solved,which is mainly about the optimization of the cost,schedule,quality,organization and coordination of the general contracting management.Finally,a series of implementation measures are proposed in combination with the optimization principles,contents and objectives,such as coordination measures between the general contractor and all parties and dynamic cost management measures.Construction process quality control,measurement measures and dynamic progress management measures;Meanwhile,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the above measures,a series of implementation guarantees,such as cultural and institutional guarantee,personnel guarantee,information technology guarantee and financial guarantee,have been proposed.Through the implementation of JQ project construction general contracting management optimization scheme,the general contracting management level of JQ project of S company has been greatly improved,and its management process is more standardized and standardized.At the same time,this scheme can also provide some references for other peer enterprises.
