Strategic Sourcing is an important part of the company's strategic goals,and it is also an important for enterprises to control costs,maximize benefits,and then rebuild the core competitiveness of the market.As an internationally renowned company,HO's air purifiers have a high market share in China.With the rise of domestic brands,the difference in air purifier products is gradually narrowing and homogenization is getting higher and higher.Under the premise that the global market air purifier technology is stable,in order to consolidate market share and improve the core competitiveness of the brand,HO company needs to achieve through sourcing management optimization.This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of HO company's sourcing management,and analyzes and diagnoses the market situation of HO company's air purifier business with tools such as Porter's five-force model and SWOT analysis.To using the methods by interviews and questionnaires to summarized the problem within Internal management especially with sourcing management.From the perspective of the external market environment,with the rise of domestic brands,competing products "excellent quality and price" have led to the gradual reduction of the brand advantage of HO brand air purifiers,and the competitive pressure is huge;from the perspective of internal sourcing management,there are complex approvals for sourcing processes,winter The market demand has risen sharply,and the slow response of the supply chain has caused the sales of hot-selling products to be discontinued both online and offline.The management of suppliers is confusing,and too many temporary trading suppliers.The sourcing department has low internal authority and cannot participate company decision making with R&D and marketing departments.At present,China's air purifier market tends to be saturated.Under the background of weak external market environment and hidden dangers of internal sourcing management,the author believes that HO should regard strategic sourcing as the focus of management improvement.That including optimizing the organizational structure of the sourcing department,re-establishing departmental staff responsibilities,strengthening procurement risk management,streamlining procurement processes,strengthening supplier relationship management,strengthening team building,etc.,to ensure HO's air purifier business market Increased competitiveness and consolidation of market share.
