As a very important part of human resource management,salary management has been attached great importance in modern enterprise management.In order to develop and attract high-level talents,enterprises need to establish a scientific and reasonable salary management system and constantly improve and optimize it,so as to adapt to the changing market environment,better motivate employees,improve their enthusiasm to serve the enterprise,and create greater value for the enterprise.ER airport is one of the local civil aviation enterprise ER city,in recent years,in the face of national policy,social environment,the change of market demand,market competition is increasingly fierce,and ER airport compensation management system still stay in less mature stage,a few years ago now pay management system cannot meet the requirements of strategic development needs and staff at the airport,ER airport compensation management system need to be optimized to improve.Based on the local reality,this paper takes ER airport as the research object,starts with the classical incentive theory and the traditional salary management theory,and introduces the modern salary management theory and the comprehensive salary management theory.Guided by the comprehensive compensation management theory,according to the basic contents of modern enterprise compensation management decisions: Compensation level,compensation system,the components of compensation and compensation structure four aspects carries on the analysis,by using literature study,questionnaire,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics methods,according to the analysis of the status quo,to find and solve problems,the lack of comprehensive analysis of ER airport current salary management,put forward the improvement opinion and the suggestion,finally to redesign of ER airport compensation management,put forward a set of feasible salary management optimization scheme and related security measures,makes ER airport employee compensation management more scientific and reasonable,to match and enterprise strategic development goals,It can use for reference for ER airport development.
