Research On The Construction Of NJFC's International Supply Chain Risk Management System

With the development of economic globalization,many industries,especially the automotive industry,regard the international supply chain as one of the strategies for enterprise development.On the one hand,the international supply chain of the automotive industry has brought competitive advantages to related automobile companies,and on the other hand has brought corresponding risks.By analyzing the causes of the international supply chain risks in the automotive industry,this paper discusses various measures to reduce and mitigate the losses caused by supply chain risks and risks,and conducts in-depth research on the construction of a sound supply chain risk management system.First of all,this paper sorts out and reviews the research results of supply chain risk,international supply chain and automobile industry supply chain.Secondly,this paper reviews related concepts such as risk,risk management and supply chain risk management.In view of the characteristics of international supply chain risk management and the supply chain of the automotive industry,it is expounded how to establish an international supply chain risk management system for the automotive industry.Through a case study of an international supply chain risk management for NJFC,first introduce the current situation of NJFC's international supply chain management,the current risks,the status quo of risk management and its existing problems.Then analyze the problems in the six aspects of risk management risk identification,risk estimation,risk assessment,risk warning,risk monitoring and risk management.Through these analyses,the NJFC international supply chain risks are divided into four types of risks,namely,customer risk,supplier side risk,NJFC company's own risk and external environmental risk,and 29 types of small items.According to the current risk status of NJFC's international supply chain,it proposes to establish a risk management system,including risk identification system,risk estimation system,risk evaluation system,risk early warning system,risk monitoring system,risk processing system and management effect evaluation system.The establishment of risk estimation index system,risk evaluation model and risk response measures,establishment of risk management strategies and objectives,performance evaluation of risk management and continuous improvement of PDCA are proposed.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of NJFC's international supply chain risk management system optimization,corresponding safeguard measures are proposed.
