| Performance appraisal is related to the staffing and salary formulation of the whole enterprise,which directly affects the overall performance and competitiveness of the enterprise.Especially for large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in China,the business model is deepening and the demand for employees is increasing.After the initial period of rough development,how to improve management efficiency and reduce management cost in the fierce market competition is a factor that every enterprise with development strategy should consider.Establishing an effective performance appraisal system can give full play to the incentive function of salary distribution.Especially for energy enterprises with increasingly complex industry competition,the implementation of performance appraisal directly affects the achievement of the goal of "cost reduction and efficiency enhancement" of Ningxia Energy Group.In this thesis,the current performance appraisal scheme of Ningxia Energy Group is taken as the research object,and the problems existing in the current performance appraisal scheme of Ningxia Energy Group are analyzed by applying the relevant theories of salary management and performance appraisal.It is found that the superficial problems existing in the performance appraisal of the enterprise are:the staffs low recognition of the rationality of the appraisal system,the low recognition of the annual appraisal,the unreasonable design of the weight of the performance appraisal indicators,etc.The deep-seated problems in the appraisal are the appraisal positioning.Accordingly,a new performance appraisal scheme is designed.The new scheme mainly includes two parts:one is to improve the new performance appraisal system.The key points and contents of performance appraisal are determined,the procedure of performance appraisal is designed,and the scoring standard of performance appraisal is set.Secondly,the concrete influence of the results of performance appraisal on salary is clarified,the function of performance salary is constructed,and the calculation method of performance salary is elaborated.Fundamentally enhance the importance of employees.Finally,through the investigation,it proves that the new scheme has a high degree of recognition among employees,and puts forward suggestions on strengthening basic management and the application of performance appraisal results.The implementation of the new scheme can solve the problems existing in the performance appraisal of Ningxia Energy Group to a certain extent,which will have a positive impact on improving the overall performance appraisal system of Ningxia Energy Group and improving its economic benefits.Not only that,the new scheme designed in this paper will improve the overall level of human resources management of the group,and then enhance its performance to have a positive impact.Some new problems will be exposed in the implementation of the new scheme,which requires the group and all departments(units)to constantly sum up experience and lessons and innovate.Performance appraisal is a dynamic and balanced process,which needs continuous improvement and improvement rather than once and for all. |
