The core competitiveness of an enterprise,based on the core resources of the enterprise,is a reflection of the comprehensive advantages of manufacturing,marketing,technological innovation,strategic management,and organizational integration.It is an unique ability formed during company operation,which is difficult to be imitated and able to bring excess profits.The core competitiveness is also more powerful than any single ability or product,so it is a reflection of company comprehensive strength.Founded in 2013,LX New Energy Company is mainly engaged in the research and development of new energy equipment manufacturing and energy conservation technologies.The company is committed to designing and promoting full-process energy conservation projects,and is a key support enterprise in Weifang City,Shandong Province.However,since its establishment,the net profit has been negative,and it has been in a state of loss for a long time.The reason is that the enterprise is large but not strong.The company needs to improve the technological innovation capability,and its marketing ability is poorer than competitors.The quality control ability needs to be improved,the efficiency of asset utilization is insufficient,and the recognition of brand value is low.The root cause of these problems is that in the strategic planning,enterprises fail to refine and deeply explore and improve their core competitiveness,treat the core competitiveness of enterprises at the strategic level,and fully realize that core competitiveness is the fundamental driving force for the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper takes the core competitiveness of new energy enterprises as the research object,aims at the development status and existing problems of high-tech enterprises represented by LX new energy company,takes the core competitiveness as the theoretical tool,identifies the components of core competitiveness of new energy enterprises,and constructs the competitiveness evaluation model.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper goes deep into the internal of LX new energy company,identifies its enterprise core competitiveness and evaluates it,and accordingly puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for improving the core competitiveness.This paper mainly includes six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the background and significance of this paper,the research status at home and abroad,as well as the research methods and technical routes of this paper,laying the research foundation of this paper.The second is the definition of concept and theoretical review,which mainly defines the relevant concepts of this paper and elaborates the theories needed in the research process of this paper,laying the theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.The third part is the analysis of the development status of LX new energy company.This part mainly analyzes the problems exposed in the process of enterprise development,and the inferior position of market competition.The fourth part is the core competitiveness evaluation of LX new energy company.This is also the core part of this paper,mainly including the construction of'core competitiveness index evaluation system and data statistical analysis,as well as the analysis of LX group's core competitiveness.The fifth is the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the core competitiveness of LX new energy company.According to the problems found,the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward from the aspects of technological innovation,strategic management,organizational integration,marketing and manufacturing.The last part is the conclusion and prospect.Through the research in this paper,in order to further enhance its core competitiveness,LX New Energy Company must continue to maintain the advantages of marketing and manufacturing capabilities,find ways to further develop its competitive advantages,focus on technological innovation capabilities,organizational integration capabilities and the inferior ability of strategic management,find out the root cause of backward factors,actively rectify,and reverse the disadvantageous position of market competition.The company will become larger and stronger.
