In the 21 st century,"innovation" and "creativity" have become the strong driving force and guidance of the progressive countries in the world.Cultural and creative industries,with their characteristics of creativity,pluralism and autonomy,have become the mainstream industries to guide the world’s industrial innovation and economic development.As the main body of cultural and creative industries,cultural and creative space plays an indispensable role in the city.It is not only a dynamic special zone of the city,but also a great benefit to the development of the city.The research object of this design is literary creation space.According to the interpretation of the concept of literary creation space,the exploration and discussion of local culture,the interpretation and analysis of master’s cases,the development context,overall planning,history and current situation,the promotion purpose and purpose strategy of literary creation park are sorted out,the innovation and design strategy of literary creation park are summarized,and new design methods are summarized and integrated.。 The project design takes the design and transformation of Shuimu Qinhuai Wenchuang space as a case study of innovation strategy.By sorting out the historical background and development context of Qinhuai cultural block,the paper considers the software and hardware design and service of Shuimu Qinhuai Wenchuang Park,and proceeds from two aspects of hardware construction and software planning,from the historical background,current situation,development and future mode,and combines with reality to design and create.Creation,development of new innovative strategies,the use of analogical film Scriptwriting techniques,space "role" and space "script" way to organize the arrangement of space,complete the overall creative space design "show",form a field experience.It is hoped that through design,Shuimu Qinhuai Wenchuang space will be able to restore its former prosperity and liveliness,promote cultural exchanges,industrial development,complete design innovation and urban renewal from a regional perspective,and explore the design methods and development patterns of Shuimu Qinhuai Wenchuang space,so as to make it a special art and culture zone of the city.
