Equipment maintainability analysis technology in virtual environment is widely used in the pre-design process of large-scale equipment,which has a decisive impact on the cost of the product throughout its life cycle.It can overcome the long cycle of the traditional design process,high cost and difficult to modify the update situation.In this paper,pump units as an research object,its maintainability technology has been studied in-depth to support its product design.The paper does the following work:An overall framework of maintainability technology research for pumping station units based on virtual maintenance operation simulation is established.On the basis of analyzing the requirement of virtual maintenance environment for pump station unit maintenance,the system construction of virtual maintenance operation is completed.Finally,the key technologies and corresponding platforms and tools of the virtual maintenance system for pumping station units are analyzed.The disassembly analysis of maintenance operation is studied comprehensively.Firstly,the component information,connector information and constraint information are analyzed and studied respectively,and the information expression of assembly model is given.Secondly,the disassembly direction of components is determined preliminarily by interference matrix,and the model of fastener,component and motion restriction matrix is constructed,and the optimization method of complete disassembly sequence of products is put forward.Secondly,the disassembly path of axial flow pump is planned and the motion matrix is adopted.Finally,taking the vertical axial flow pump as the research object,the disassembly sequence and the disassembly path are analyzed and validated.The method of model building in the process of maintenance simulation is deeply studied.Define the relationship types in the model,and elaborate the basic elements of the maintenance process of pumping station units;Construct the Petri net model of pumping station units with time factors using CAN tools,and complete the programming,adjust and optimize the whole maintenance process;Take the dismantling impeller of axial flow pump as the research object,determine the operation activities according to the dismantling steps,and carry out the actual dismantling of axial flow pump.Process analysis and hierarchical modeling method are adopted to complete the Petri net model of dismantling axial flow pump.Based on the DELMIA platform and evaluation theory,the virtual analysis system and evaluation model of maintenance operation are constructed.Builds the posture database and maintenance tool library of human body simulation model by using 3D modeling technology,and improves the speed of analysis and the utilization rate of tools,and analyses and evaluates the important indexes in the process of maintenance:accessibility,visibility and comfort.The process of virtual disassembly of impeller is completed,and the comprehensive evaluation of maintenance efficiency is completed.
