Maintainability is one of the most important quality attributes,which is determined by design.Armored vehicle body is huge and its structure is complex.The process of design,development and manufacturing cycle is very long.Due to its special use in the military,the maintainability of armored vehicle should be paid more attention than ordinary vehicles.If the maintainability factors weren't fully considered,the armored vehicle were finally designed and put into production,a lot of resources might be spent on the maintenance in the future.To a certain extent,it might cause unnecessary losses to our country,and even affect the fighting efficiency,so it is related to the nation's interests and defense security.In the early stages of armored vehicle design,to carry out the maintainability evaluation and find the factors which are disadvantageous for maintenance can improve the maintainability of armored vehicles and reduce the difficulty and cost of maintenance greatly in the future.At present,there is still a lack of scientific and effective evaluation methods in the design stage of armored vehicles in China.So the armored vehicle maintainability can be checked until the late stage of development.At that time,it is difficult to change the design,so the maintainability of the armored vehicle can't be improved.This paper carried out some research on armored vehicle maintainability evaluation and human factors analysis according to the projectdemand.The evaluation index system of armored vehicle maintainability was put forward based on the factors which can make a great influence on the armored vehicle maintainability.The evaluation methods and evaluation criteria were proposed according to the different factors in the index system.We improved the "Model Cube" method and applied it to the armored vehicle maintainability evaluation,so the quantitative analysis of the "human body fatigue" in the maintenance process was realized.In order to conduct the comprehensive evaluation of armored vehicle maintainability,this paper did some research on algorithms.We proposed fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on grey relativity,and the method was used in evaluation process.Based on theoretical research,a software system is developed,which can be used for armored vehicle maintainability eval uation.The armored vehicle maintainability evaluation index system and evaluation method were put into the software.The software can provide a convenient and reliable tool for designers to do maintainability evaluation at the early stage of design and enhance the maintainability of armored vehicles to some extent.
