As the most commonly used vertical load-bearing tool for modern high-rise buildings, elevators have been widely used in all corners of social activities. While its efficient operation brings convenience to people,it is accompanied by an elevator accident that brings life and property to passengers. The problem of huge losses, therefore how to ensure that the elevators can effectively respond to emergencies in the event of a failure, has become a problem that is urgently needed to be solved by the national supervisory authorities. At present, the domestic elevator rescue service model is relatively simple, usually the on-site personnel of the fault elevator notify the elevator manufacturer's maintenance and rescue personnel, and the maintenance and rescue center dispatches someone to the site for inspection to eliminate the malfunction and rescue. This kind of rescue will inevitably bring about a series of problems.First,it is impossible to control the arrival time. The second is to arrive and miss the best rescue time, and then it is impossible to notify the backup rescue team to go to the rescue. With the continuous development of computer software technology, the future development trend is to establish a unified elevator emergency response center throughout the region and develop an elevator emergency response management system.Through the use of this system,an emergency treatment center dispatches elevator maintenance units to assist and control the time.If it fails to arrive in time,it will notify the rescue personnel of the regional grid rescue station to go ahead, which can greatly improve the rescue efficiency.Based on the analysis of traditional rescue methods, this system based on B/S is proposed in this paper. At the same time,it elaborates on the basic principles and hardware and software components of the B/S system, and the overall functional requirements related to the system.Explained.Afterwards,it analyzes the key technologies applied in this project, including JavaScript,JavaEE system architecture,UML modeling technology, and object-oriented programming techniques. Then, through the analysis of the functional requirements of the system, the corresponding core fiunctional modules are designed. The system functions are divided into system administrator interfaces according to different roles, and the system uses user interfaces as two role interfaces. The functions of the administrator maintenance unit, rescue site, elevator files, and other functions of the system user to view the maintenance information of the maintenance unit, the rescue site, and the elevator files, and the use of the processing functions of the trouble ticket are realized. In addition, the relevant functions of this system were tested. The test results show that the relevant functional modules and indicators are in line with relevant actual conditions and the system is operating stably. This topic uses B/S as the system architecture,object-oriented as the programming concept, uses Oracle's latest Java technology, uses the SSH network development framework, uses the Java platform, uses Tomcat 8.5 as the application server, and uses MyEclipselO as the Development tools to complete the design of the program,SQL Server 2005 as a database development tool, the use of Java EE and MyEclipse 10 to develop the front end of the system.
