In recent years, elevator accidents have occurred frequently, security issues have been widespread concerned. In addition, with the improvement of living standards, elevator ride comfort has gradually become the focus of the elevator industry. In order to improve the level of comfort and safety of the elevator, the comprehensive test of the elevator has become the research focus of the elevator industry. The elevator performance integrated test system has been studied in this paper, the main work and achievements are as follows:(1)Based on the deep analysis of the functional requirements of the elevator integrated test system, the performance requirements of the system are established, the overall design scheme of the system is given, and the core components are selected.(2)According to the overall design scheme, the hardware design of the system is completed.Including the following functional modules:STM32F407 minimum system, key module, data acquisition module, data temporary storage module, power management module, debugging module, touch display module,Chinese character font storage module and offline data storage module.(3)Completed the design and implementation of the system software. The slave computer adopts the modular design, and the function modules of the sensor data collection and storage, the man-machine interface and so on are realized in the slave computer. The host computer adopts the C#language and the object-oriented design method, and the data Post-processing,analysis and storage and other functions are realized in the master computer.(4)The performance of the elevator integrated test system designed in this paper has been tested, the test results indicate that the design of this paper meets the desired goal.
