Elevator is a man-machine interactive product which responds to random input signals through its control law.Elevator control system has the characteristics of real-time and multi variable,and the quality of elevator depends on the quality of elevator real-time control.Elevator is often used in daily life,and its control algorithm is more complex,so the optimization of the algorithm is a subject worthy of our in-depth study.The program analysis and design of UML are widely used in object oriented,complex situation for random signal input to the control system and the real-time response,using UML modeling language to describe the various characteristics and the state of the system control is particularly suitable for.According to a eight storey elevator research,understand the basic structure of the elevator,and the operation status of the control system analysis,function module decomposition,detailed analysis of the various states of elevator running process,including car control,elevator door switch,on the down state,abnormal control,emergency braking UML,through modeling,analysis and design of the running state,set up the function model of the real-time control system,including use case model,class model,dynamic model,structure model,describes the real-time response of elevator control system.Elevator control includes hardware control and software control two aspects,this paper focuses on the analysis and design of software control.Often used in elevator control system is first come first service(FCFS),to find the shortest floor time priority algorithm(SSTF)and scanning algorithm(SCAN)algorithm,but these methods have some shortcomings,this paper makes improvement for these algorithms,the floor information stored in the controller is divided into two columns,and according to the car at the position of each column is divided into two segments,the maximum distance circulation method to optimize the elevator algorithm,and the establishment of a named ElevatorSimulator java project by Myeclipse software,and converted into executable jar program for java simulation,finally realizes the automatic control of elevator operation and the algorithm ptimization.
