When elevator power outage tiring,need at least three aid workers,one brake manually pull traction machine,two people through the traction machine disk drivers make capsules to move slowly to the elevator flat layer position,and then ran to the corresponding layer to open the car door,floor to rescue trapped personnel.Personnel needed for such relief is more,the entire manual operation,need the elevator professional rescue personnel,insufficient safety and convenient.Against the need to manually all the way,the personnel,the lack of timely rescue method,this paper designed a kind of can automatically release the elevator after the elevator power blackout emergency control system.The system can in the elevator after losing electricity,through the inverter battery out two phase 380 v alternating current(ac),supply the elevator inverter,allow the elevator to emergency response speed,position automatically after open the door to put people reached the flat floor,avoid the elevator close person accident.Elevator blackout emergency control system with single chip AT89S51 as the core,through the reasonable wiring to control peripheral electrical components,can make the system under the condition of the mains is normal charge,under the condition of losing electricity to power a lift.The elevator inverter are on the market at present have emergency operation function,using the elevator power failure emergency control system of the elevator can greatly reduce the elevator tiring event.
