With the development of the electric power industry,the requirements for the accuracy of the electric energy measurement have been continuously improved.The accuracy of the electric energy measurement is related to the practical interests of the Power Grid Corp and the vast number of users.As the most fundamental part of the power industry,the accuracy of the electric energy meter is related to the whole electric energy metering system.The manufacturing process of the electric energy meter is carried out in strict accordance with the national standard,and the quality supervision is carried out through the authority.However,because of the large number of manufacturers and the different producing areas,there will still be a large gap between the different electric meters of different brands and different specifications.The high precision electric energy meter can improve the measurement precision of the electric energy.Therefore,through the analysis of the calibration error data of the electric energy meter,the difference of the metering performance of the electric energy meter is found out.The calibrating quality of the electric energy meter is evaluated through the calibration error data.It can provide the reference significance for the power grid in the process of selecting and maintaining the electric energy meter.In view of the above problems,the following research work has been done in this paper.(1)the structure and measurement principle of the electronic watt hour meter are analyzed,the main error factors in the metering process are studied,and the influence of the A/D conversion quantization error,the electric energy meter measurement relative error caused by the electric energy integration algorithm and the influence of time measurement on the metering error of the electric energy meter is studied.(2)in view of the main error factors in the metering process of the electric energy meter,the emulation model of the electric energy meter is built on the Simulink platform.The simulation model is used to verify the measurement error of the A/D conversion quantization error and the electric energy meter caused by the power integration algorithm.(3)the fuzzy pattern recognition method is applied to the calibration quality assessment of electric energy meters,and the calibration quality assessment model of electric energy meters is established.According to the characteristics of the calibration error data of the electric energy meter,this paper classifies the calibration error data of the electric energy meter by fuzzy clustering algorithm,and obtains three types of energy meter mode.These three types of modes represent the three grades of the precision of the electric energy meter,construct the calibrating quality library of the electric energy meter with the three type of mode,and realize the electric energy meter inspection through the fuzzy pattern recognition.The evaluation of the fixed quality.(4)the reliability of the model is verified by the calibrated data of the power meter in Yunnan power grid.The model can effectively reduce the uncertainty of the data mining of the power meter,and objectively evaluate the calibrating quality of the electric energy meter.
