| In the calibration,transfer and traceability is an important method to ensure the accuracy of the calibration precision,one of the most important factors is the measurement and assessment of uncertainties.In order to adapt to the rapid development of smart grid,the State Grid Company vigorously promote the application of smart energy meter,which greatly improves the efficiency of the measurement requirements.The province has accelerated the pace of building the provincial measurement center,through the application of automated verification system and intelligent three-dimensional warehouse,and effectively improve the quality of measurement and management level.Electric energy meter automatic calibration system and the traditional electrical energy meter standard device is different,as a fully automatic checking device,which relates to the automatic feeding robot,conveyor system,visual inspection and other functions of their plane,noise,electromagnetic interference will affect the comprehensive verification of warehouse.In this paper,the uncertainty of the measurement uncertainty of the three phase automatic calibration system of Hebei measurement center is analyzed,and the scientific mathematical model is found,and the reliable conclusion is obtained.At present,we mainly use JJF 1059.1-2012< measurement uncertainty evaluation and representation >(GUM)to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of the electric energy meter calibration device in electric power measurement.This method only consider the current sample information,waste the historical data and information.Based on the research of the Bayesian statistical principle,make full use of historical data,and the current sample combination method of Bayesian evaluation of distribution of experimental.In determining the distribution of sample,using the principle of maximum entropy,find the maximum entropy the probability density function,and combined with the principle of Bayesian statistics,get the most close to the actual by Bayesian estimation method based on maximum entropy,and an example is given to prove the reliability of the method.The research of this paper is to provide a more effective basis for the construction standard of the standard equipment of the automatic verification system,and lay a good foundation for the traceability and delivery of the standard. |
