Research On The Causes Of Villagers' Fullness Based On The Level Of Rural Human Settlements

As an important part of the human settlement environment,rural human settlements are also one of the core contents of the construction of a new socialist countryside.With the rapid advancement of new-type urbanization,great changes have taken place in various aspects of the rural social economy.Although some achievements have been made,there are still problems such as environmental deterioration,inadequate infrastructure supply,and unsatisfactory villager satisfaction.Most of the relevant studies focused on rural areas in relatively developed regions such as the eastern and central regions.They lacked attention to rural areas in backward regions and sorted out the relationship between the level of living environment construction and villagers’ evaluation.Yunnan Province is located on the southwest border of China.Its economic development level and urbanization rate are all lagging behind in the country.How to understand the current status of rural residential environment construction,identify existing problems and corresponding reasons,and the real appeal of local residents is the key to realizing beautiful countryside.Based on the National Rural Survey conducted by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2015,this study conducted an in-depth survey of 39 villages and 544 villagers in Yunnan Province,starting from the core areas of rural living environment including quality of life,economic production,ecological environment,and social culture.The evaluation model of the rural residential environment construction level evaluation system and the villagers’ satisfaction evaluation system adopts the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to evaluate the objective construction level and subjective perception in the village as a unit.On the basis of the use of canonical correlation analysis method to analyze the matching relationship between the two,and finally use the multiple linear regression method to find the core factors affecting the degree of satisfaction and its formation mechanism.The research shows that:(1)The current status of rural human settlements in Yunnan Province is mainly due to the lagging transportation conditions,the lack of public facilities such as recreation and education,and education,and the serious environmental pollution problems in rural areas;(2)The overall level of satisfaction of the villagers with respect to the human settlement environment is "general".The degree of satisfaction with educational facilities,medical facilities,etc.is lower than the overall level of the country.“The increase of the number of facilities is lacking,and the level of upgrading facilities is their main appeal;satisfaction with cultural and recreational facilities is the lowest,reflecting their spiritual needs as the living standards of the villagers increase.Increasingly.(3)The improvement of the comprehensive level of the rural residential environment can significantly increase the overall satisfaction level of the villagers,but the two systems do not fully match;(4)The level of villagers’ academic qualifications,the development of tourism and other leisure agriculture,and cultural entertainment The construction of the facilities and the Engel coefficient have a positive effect on satisfaction,and the children’s one-way commuting time is negatively correlated with satisfaction.
