| Living is the basic need for people’s survival,and a stable and comfortable living space is the pursuit of every resident.The development law of living space can be said to be the spatial projection of the change of people’s living needs in the city.At present,the housing problem in China has changed from the total shortage of living space to the structural shortage of supply.Under the impact of COVID-19 in 2020,how to solve the contradiction between the people’s growing demand for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development of residential space,and how to improve the quality and efficiency of residential space through the supply-side structural reform,has become an important task facing the current residential space development.In 2020,the ministry of the national green appropriate quality of residential area and construction quality satisfaction research,special subject research,the study was carried out since the founding of the People’s Republic of China for the first time nationwide,with residents feel as the core of the solid state,its achievements and its foundation data as well as for the future residential construction for the sustainable development of macro decision provides valuable reference to the relevant standards provide research support,and also to promote the transformation of a new era of high quality residential construction development is of great significance.Chongqing is one of the key research cities of this topic,and the author has deeply participated in the collection of relevant data in Chongqing,including 1373 online questionnaire data and offline field research data of 60 households from different residential areas,which are also the primary data of this study.According to the research plan,the author carried out a systematic investigation on the living space in Chongqing at different levels,and deeply analyzed the changes of residents’ satisfaction and demand in the past 40 years of reform and opening-up.On this basis,this study mainly wants to solve three problems: first,to explore the satisfaction of Chongqing residents to the living space in different construction years,and to clarify the change of residents’ demand for living space and their willingness to improve;The second is to find out the specific factors that do not match with the residents’ needs in the existing living space of Chongqing,and investigate the means and effect that residents have made to improve the living space to meet the needs.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the case,the author puts forward the strategy to improve the satisfaction of future urban living space,and makes a summary and outlook.The focus of this study is to propose a strategy to improve the satisfaction of existing urban living space based on field research.(1)Taking the living space of Chongqing as the research object,this paper uses online questionnaire survey data to study the satisfaction of different types of living space in different built years and over 40 years after the reform and opening up,and obtains the key influencing factors and models of the overall satisfaction of living space in different built years.(2)built in balance online survey sample partial young,s after partial defects at the same time,through field research offline case to come to the living space of satisfaction validated the key influence factors analysis,understand the different residents living space built s present situation and the actual demand of the matching degree,and then sums up the living space in Chongqing in the development of the general law of living satisfaction key factors.(3)Combined with the real situation of residential space in different built years and the real needs of the surveyed residents in the offline field survey,and aiming at the core problems affecting the satisfaction of residential space,the author explored feasible strategies for improving the satisfaction of residential space.The innovation of this study will be built in s as an important variable is introduced into the study of urban residential space satisfaction,residents will perspective focuses on the changing requirements of life,to research the problem into changing with built in s developmental problems and does not change with built in s the root cause of the problem,thus satisfaction strategies are proposed according to the nature of the problem.Analysis conclusion of this study include:(1)using the appropriate of the green residential quality and construction quality satisfaction research subject contains two levels of residential environment and residential building 15 secondary indexes and 75 living space of the secondary index satisfaction evaluation index system,combining with research residents in improving the indicators will determine the index weight,the satisfaction of living space model building.(2)online research with 1313 valid questionnaire results and from different residential house 60 offline data field investigation data as the one hand,on different living space built s satisfaction comparative analysis,it is concluded that,on the whole,the current residents of residential space in Chongqing satisfaction evaluation result is satisfactory,but the three roots of the residential environment level and five developmental problems and residential construction level of three root and three developmental problems are both important and low satisfaction problem needs to be improved,if can improve these problems,can effectively improve satisfaction of living space.(3)according to the situation of offline problems found during the field research,combined with case analysis,the cause of formation of the root cause sexual satisfaction strategy,put forward the universality of the problem for developmental problems put forward in view of the early living space built s satisfaction strategy,the new era for the planning and
