| The current environment of both domestic and international markets,which the most white household appliances enterprises are facing,is incredible complex.In the past Twelfth Five-Year Plan(2011-2015),it underlined the necessity of transformation and upgrading of domestic traditional manufacturers,and pointed out the importance of enhancing its core competence in the traditional industry.At present,we are in the formative period of "The Thirteenth Five-Year Plan(2016-2020).It is a crucial period to transform and deepen the integration of industrialization and information.Meanwhile,under the driving force of "Internet+" and "Industry 4.0",the fourth industrial revolution are approaching,in the core of intelligent manufacturing.Chinese traditional manufacturing industry,as an essential parts of China’s economy,is stepping into a special period of economic restructure and industrial upgrading.As a representative of white household appliance manufacturer,TD company is engaged in research,development,and marketing the home appliances,for example,air conditioners and fridges.TD company is facing lot of crucial problems,for example,the pressure of external macro environment and competitors,the lack of core competitiveness,and the mobility of talent team,etc.Under this circumstance,TD company are greatly challenged than ever before.In order to develop,the fundamental way out lies in enterprise operating management and transformation.It is extremely urgent for TD company to plan and realize its advantage transformation.Based on the theoretical researches of enterprises management and enterprises transformation,this paper takes the TD company as the research object.Firstly,it is vital to analyze the problems which TD company is facing.Secondly,it is important to explain the necessity of TD company strategic transformation.Thirdly,it is a highlight to set up the strategy transformation goal of TD company,including core technology development strategy,innovative management strategy,HR strategy,and international investment strategy etc.Finally,enhancement of enterprise culture and precaution of risks,etc.as supporting measures are proposed,in order to accomplish TD company’s enterprise transformations successfully. |
