| With the development of my country’s economy,various industries have undergone changes.The Railway Corporation is also advancing in exploration,promoting the development of market-oriented reforms,and the performance evaluation of the railway transportation industry has gradually attracted attention.The railway transportation industry needs to attract social capital investment to solve the problem of capital.Therefore,the continued development of the enterprise needs to improve the management level of the enterprise,promote the development of the enterprise,and improve the efficiency of the operation and management of the enterprise,thereby attracting capital injection.A complete performance appraisal system can not only reflect the business results of the company,but also has reference significance for the guidance of the company’s strategic direction.However,the existing performance appraisal system cannot fully adapt to the current development of the railway transportation industry,especially for business-oriented enterprises.Therefore,this article takes the Qinhuangdao Railway Company as the research object and tries to construct a performance appraisal system suitable for the development of operational enterprises.This article firstly analyzes the current situation of the performance appraisal system at home and abroad and the railway transportation industry,and then introduces the related concepts of performance appraisal and the related theories and methods used in this article.Then it investigates and analyzes the general situation of Qinhuangdao Railway Company and the existing departmental performance appraisal system,and points out the deficiencies of the existing performance appraisal system.Then,referring to the balanced scorecard,in the process of selecting indicators,four more important indicators were selected,finance,customers,internal operations,learning and growth,and the Delphi method was used to further filter the indicators to establish the departmental performance of Qinhuangdao Railway Company The evaluation index system uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index,thereby forming a complete departmental performance evaluation system.Finally,it explains that in the process of performance appraisal,it is necessary to correspond to specific implementation steps,strengthen policy guarantees,and promote the improvement of the appraisal system.From a practical point of view,this article uses the balanced scorecard to construct the Qinhuangdao Railway Company’s departmental performance appraisal system.In order to promote the development of the company,promote the development of performance management,improve the company’s management level,enhance the company’s competitiveness and value,and reduce management costs.The railway transportation industry in the same industry provides reference. |
