| Safety is the cornerstone of civil aviation development,and it is an inevitable trend to establish and improve the safety management system.The safety management system aims to continuously improve and improve organizational safety level.The four pillars of the SMS system are security policy,risk management,security assurance and security promotion.Based on the theory of safety management system,according to the K airline’s safety management present situation,through questionnaire investigation and other research methods,this paper introduces the present situation about the company’s SMS system,and analyzes the construction and the problems exposed in the course of implementation,the improved strategy.Current K airline safety management system operation mode,efficiency,poor safety performance appraisal way,implementation can not achieve the expected goal,the concept of SMS,unstable,staff safety responsibility consciousness is not strong,manual regulation system and its execution,safety monitoring system,scientific and strict improvement,risk management are unable to reach the expectation This paper makes an analysis about the reasons for the above problems from the four pillars of SMS system,and makes a strategy to optimize the security management system according to the reasons.From the precise safety responsibility,change K airline management of the status quo.Promote the application of new technology and improve the quality of data statistics and analysis.At the same time,we should strengthen the operation standard,risk management,improve the safety performance management mode and promote the construction of safety culture,so as to optimize the safety management system.The author hopes to contribute his own strength to the development of civil aviation in China through his own efforts. |
