Research On The Governance Of Rural Human Settlement Environment In Wanzhou District Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

At the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the CPC central committee put forward the rural revitalization strategy,which aims to solve the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development between urban and rural areas by further accelerating the development of rural areas.In terms of rural revitalization strategy,it is a new opportunity and mission,which can be predicted that the construction of rural areas in China will usher in unprecedented development under this background.The party and the government pay more attention to the aspect of rural human settlements governance,which also constantly put forward a series of policies to guide and strengthen the governance of rural human settlements.However,how to improve the level of rural human settlements governance and effectively improve the rural appearance is still a process that needs to be explored and gradually improved.In this paper,it takes Wanzhou District of Chongqing as the research sample,and rural human settlements as the research object,which comprehensively uses literature research,comparative research,interview research and other research methods to learn from and summarize domestic rural construction experience and foreign rural construction methods.At the same time,it is based on the comprehensive background of rural rejuvenation strategy as well as combines with its specific requirements and the actual situation of Wanzhou District to carry out the field investigation and comprehensive analysis on the problems of the village appearance,sanitary environment improvement measures and the difference of the treatment effect in the villages and towns around Wanzhou Districts.Then,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of government functional department planning,industrial development in rural areas,publicity and establishment of villagers' awareness of environmental improvement,and the third-party environmental assessment and evaluation mechanism,so as to improve the appearance of villages and towns in Wanzhou District from multiple dimensions and perspectives,and improve the governance level of rural residential environment.As for this paper,it mainly consists of the following six parts.In the first part,it is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research as well as the methods adopted,which expounds the background and significance of the rural revitalization strategy put forward by the party and the government from a macro perspective.In the second part,it is an overview of the relevant theories of rural human settlements environment.Meanwhile,it makes a certain introduction to the relevant research at home and abroad.In the third part,it focuses on the basic situation of Wanzhou District,ChongQing City,as well as the current situation and achievements of Wanzhou District in rural human settlements governance.The fourth part focuses on the problems and deficiencies in the process of rural living environment management in Wanzhou district and their causes.The fifth part is the experience for reference.Anji county of ZheJiang province is selected at home,and the European Union region is selected abroad,Through both in the rural living environment management related experience of summary and reference.Based on the above situation,the last part of this paper will put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions on the rural living environment management in combination with the situation of Wanzhou district.
