XN Oil And Gas Field Shale Gas Drilling System Engineering Cost Management Optimization Research

Since the beginning of exploration and development research in shale gas field in China,more and more investment has been made.XN oil and gas field has become the forefront of exploration and development of shale gas resources in China because it has the best quality shale reservoirs in China within its jurisdiction.The high-speed development of shale gas exploration and development is an important part of China’s energy strategy and a prominent manifestation of the development direction of China’s petroleum industry.With the increasing workload of drilling system engineering and the rapid development of technology,drilling system engineering puts forward higher requirements for equipment,construction quality and settlement efficiency.For this reason,besides the promotion of project management mode,cost management has become an important link to enhance management and promote benefit development.Cost management will directly affect the efficiency and progress of construction settlement,and then affect the supply of construction team and construction equipment.Taking the cost management of drilling system of XN Oil and Gas Field Company as the research object,this paper combines the cost management of shale gas drilling system with the actual project.Firstly,through the analysis and understanding of the current situation of drilling system engineering and shale gas cost management of XN Oil and Gas Field Company,the paper points out the existing cost management of shale gas drilling system.(1)The current cost evaluation method.It does not match with the particularity of shale gas drilling system engineering,(2)the mode of investment plan issuing is not suitable for the actual situation of shale gas drilling system engineering in multi-block and multi-well areas,(3)the mismatch of the distribution of individual project costs in the actual technical service market,and(4)the four problems of insufficient specialization and unity in cost management of shale gas companies are analyzed separately.The reasons for its emergence.Then,the solutions to these four problems are emphatically studied.Finally,the paper studies and puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of countermeasures.
