Study On Integrated Management Of Drilling Project Construction Schedule And Cost

Since 2015,the international oil prices continued to slump,the domestic economic structure adjustment and optimization,the national economic slowdown,China Petroleum Group Company to further reduce the investment in drilling engineering.In addition,private and foreign drilling companies continue to participate in market competition,land drilling production capacity is surplus,the drilling industry automation level gradually lead to a huge change in the cost structure.In addition,most of the drilling site managers are familiar with drilling technology,lack of project management experience.Vague concept of cost management,often blindly pursue progress and ignore the cost,resulting in the loss of the final project.In this background,the thesis using the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the drilling engineering management are studied,find the relationship cost and progress in drilling engineering,to determine the optimal balance point.This paper discusses how to do well the construction schedule of the well,improve the production efficiency and reduce the operation cost,and realize the maximization of the benefit of the project.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects.First of all,the purpose and significance of the subject research is described,and the relevant research situation at home and abroad is analyzed,and the framework and content of this research,as well as the proposed research methods and innovative points of the paper are described.Secondly on the basis of project management theory research,this paper introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of project management,aiming at the particularity of the project,and introduces the basic theory of project management,drilling engineering is studied in this particular type of work of the project management theory foundation,has in view of the new theory in the field of engineering project management and to project integrated management;Then,according to the working condition of drilling engineering and the basic goal of project management,the integrated management system of drilling engineering project is constructed with the idea of integrated management.Then,combined with the actual situation of the drilling engineering project since 201,the actual management situation of well 201 was analyzed experimentally under the integrated management system,and compared with block 202,it proved that the integrated management system had a good effect on the project cost and schedule management.Finally,a summary is given.
