| As economy developing,global demands for petrol and gas,rise sharply.However,the capacity is insufficient,which leads to the expansion of unconventional resources.Shale gas,largely reserved,widely distributed and one of unconventional resources has long producing circle.Estimated global shale gas reserve is around 456×1012m3,and it has been commercially drilled in both U.S.and Canada.Shale gas exploration has already begun in Jiangxi Province.Considering the high exploring expenses,only breakthroughs would made on drilling speed,well production,drilling costs and producing period could lead to expected high yields.This paper studies the management methods of drilling in Jiangxi Province and its corresponding countermeasures.It contributes theoretically and practically to promote sustainable development of the unconventional energy in the province.The paper,combining experience from XW shale gas district and theories of program management,attempts to analyze the programs in progress,quality,safety and cost.As well,this paper concludes improving methods and quantitative measures out of Jiangye Well 1 drilling.And shortcomings in checking and restraining mechanism,establishing management system,safety management effect and cost control are pointed out.Finally,some suggestions are proposed to improve the future explorations.1.In terms of process management,directed measures should be included in contract,organization and assessment disclosures.2.In terms of quality control,stricter managements of personnel and implementation should be introduced during key phases of well design,drilling process and acceptance checking.3.In terms of safety,the safety management responsibility and risk assessment system should be implemented and improved.Organize the highly risky points prevention training before drilling,and the emergency plan and drill should be regularly rehearsed.4.In terms of expenses,cost control and technology optimization mechanism should be established. |
