Research On Chongqing's Economic Green Development Based On The Perspective Of Coupling Ecological Protection And Economic Development

Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought,Chongqing's economic green development has new connotations and new opportunities,while still facing severe challenges.Based on the coupling perspective of ecological environment and economic development,this paper studies the green development of Chongqing's economy and has a certain degree of conformity with the requirements of economic development and transformation in the new normal period.It is of great practical significance for the harmonious promotion of ecological environment and economic development in Chongqing.The research of this paper is divided into four parts,and its main contents are as follows:1.Sort out related concepts and basic theories involved in Chongqing's economic green development,and lay a theoretical foundation for the study.First of all,summarize the domestic and foreign literature views on the research of economic green development.Furthermore,making a conceptual interpretation of green,economic green development,and green development,and making a "two mountains" theory,circular economy theory,sustainable development theory is discussed.2.Analyze the current status of Chongqing's economic green development to provide realistic support for the research.With favorable policies,Chongqing's economic green development has achieved certain results,but it still faces challenges in economic development and ecological protection.3.An empirical analysis of the coordination between the ecological environment and economic development of Chongqing,to provide a scientific basis for research.First,select 22 indicators of the two major systems of ecological environment and economic development in Chongqing from 2009 to 2018,and establish a dynamic analysis of Chongqing's ecological-economic coupling coordination degree;second,analyze the ecological environment and Mutual influencing factors between economic development;finally,the problems faced by Chongqing's economic green development are discussed.4.According to the above research results,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the green development of Chongqing's economy.The details are asfollows: the formation of a new concept of "co-building by all people and sharing by all people" of Chongqing's economic green development;deepening the development model of Chongqing's green economy led by "industrial ecology and ecological industrialization";"Drive","Intensive and efficient,industry-city integration" promote the common development of Chongqing's economic development and social undertakings;improve the ecological compensation system,promote the construction of an ecological legal system,optimize the green fiscal and taxation financial system,and provide institutional guarantee for the green development of Chongqing's economy.In summary,this article selects Chongqing's characteristic ecological-economic evaluation indicators to build a comprehensive evaluation system,and dynamically evaluates the coupling and coordination of the two systems of ecological environment and economic development in the process of economic green development in Chongqing.Coordinate the influencing factors of development,and put forward comprehensive and targeted countermeasures and suggestions,so as to promote the process of ecological civilization construction in Chongqing.
