Green development provides an inexhaustible driving force for building a beautiful China.The ecological conservation area of Beijing is an important practice of green development and an important part of urban functional layout.The green development of Beijing's ecological conservation district plays a strong role in promoting the high-quality development of the capital in the new era,and has important demonstration significance for the construction of ecological civilization in the new era.Based on literature review and development status analysis,from the three dimensions of economic greenness,ecological greenness and social greenness,the evaluation index system of green development level with three levels of indicators was constructed.The weight of economic greenness,ecological greenness and social greenness in the first level was 0.231,0.495 and 0.274 respectively by the improved entropy weight method based on efficiency coefficient.Through improved TOPSIS model for Beijing city ecological headwater of green development level index of each class differences and the difference between the overall degree of calculation and comparative analysis.It is concluded that:(1)the ecological level of headwater green development from 2009 to 2018 the overall steady growth;(2)But there are gaps in each area of their jurisdiction,Mentougou district,Yanqing area,Pinggu district green development level decline;(3)The greening degree of Pinggu district and Yanqing district in the three dimensions is lower than the overall level of the ecological conservation area and other districts.Theil index was used to analyze the dynamic changes of the green development level of each district in the ecological conservation area,and it was concluded that :(1)the difference in the green development level of the ecological conservation area from 2009 to 2018 was first reduced and then increased;(2)The difference of social greenness and economic greenness is the main source of the difference of green development level.The Tobit regression model is used to discuss the influence of economic,social,policy and industrial factors on the green development level:(1)per capita income level,social welfare level,policy support,and industrial structure have a significant positive impact on the green development level of ecological conservation areas;(2)The technology level has an insignificant positive effect on the green development level.Based on the above research conclusions,the following conclusions are put forward:(1)to strengthen the cultivation of the weak,and to coordinate the green development of the region;(2)Strengthen regional cooperation and establish a long-term ecological compensation mechanism;(3)Cultivating characteristic industries and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure;(4)Suggestions on strengthening public services and improving residents' social welfare.It is hoped that this study can provide references for promoting green development in Beijing's ecological conservation areas.
