| After more than 10 years of rapid development,China's magnesium industry has established its absolute advantage in raw magnesium production by virtue of resources,energy,cost advantages and industrial innovation advantages,and has become the fifth largest non-ferrous metal industry after aluminum,zinc,copper and lead.The application of magnesium is mainly concentrated in the three fields of aluminum alloy production,die-casting production,steelmaking and desulfurization,followed by rare earth alloys and metal reduction.With the implementation of the “One Belt,One Road” policy,more and more magnesium-related enterprises have sprung up,and the competition among industries is fierce.How to improve the quality of internal service and enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises has become an urgent solution.This paper first summarizes some relevant theories and researches on internal service quality at home and abroad,and uses internal marketing theory and service profit chain theory to analyze the status quo and existing problems of Jinghua Magnesium industrial internal service quality through field investigation and interviews.And deeply analyze the reasons from the perspective of various factors affecting the quality of internal services,thus providing some solutions and basis for how to improve the internal service quality of enterprises.Finally,from the perspective of the employees' enthusiasm,training,technical level and work environment,the employees are “what to do”,“will do” and “can do”,and put forward some improvement measures.This article takes Jinghua Magnesium industrial as a sample to analyze the problems of its internal service quality,and then summarizes the ways to improve the internal service quality of Jinghua Magnesium industrial.Based on this,it is from management,service marketing,human resources and Corporate culture and other aspects propose relevant measures and ideas,thus providing a guarantee for the long-term sustainable development of enterprises. |
