WeChat marketing has become an important way to promote consumer products,especially consumer products related to household consumption.In the process of marketing optimization and upgrading,WeChat has become one of the important means to realize the transformation of marketing model and sustainable development in the future.This thesis focuses on the optimization and improvement of WeChat marketing strategy in Company B.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,through the literature review at home and abroad,the research problems and contents of this paper are put forward.Secondly,it summarizes WeChat marketing and its related theories,and provides theoretical and methodological support for subsequent research;Secondly,based on the current situation of the development of the paper diaper WeChat marketing of Company B,combined with the external situation and competition situation,SWOT analysis of the paper diaper WeChat marketing of Company B,and summed up the SO strategy of the paper diaper WeChat marketing of Company B,based on the overall framework of the SO strategy,The countermeasures and suggestions for improving the marketing of diaper WeChat in Company B.The conclusion is as follows: First,from the traditional marketing channel to the new Internet channel to the WeChat marketing channel,from the structure design of the WeChat marketing channel,the design of the micromall to the management of the WeChat marketing channel,the initial formation of WeChat marketing development system.Second,at present,the core problem of the development of the development of the paper diaper WeChat of Company B is that WeChat is only designed as a tactical channel and lacks strategic consideration,resulting in the lack of systematic,holistic and scientific WeChat marketing of the paper diaper of Company B.Third,Company B's diapers should focus on implementing SO strategy in WeChat's marketing activities.At the same time,as a systematic marketing strategy system,it is necessary to give full play to the effective elements in the WO strategy,ST strategy,and WT strategy as the support and guarantee of the SO strategy.Fourth,based on the overall framework of the SO strategy,combined with the effective elements in the WO strategy,the ST strategy,and the WT strategy,Company B's diaper pants must form a development system for the marketing of Company B's diaper WeChat: First,reconstruct WeChat's marketing strategy.Establishment of a platform mechanism for the scientific system;Secondly,expand the promotion channel of WeChat marketing and form a three-dimensional communication mechanism;Then,promote the integration development of online and offline,forming a closed-loop ecosystem of WeChat marketing;Thirdly,with users as the core,enhance the interactive nature of WeChat marketing and customer stickiness;Finally,strengthen customer relationship management and realize the process operation of WeChat marketing e-commerce system.
