With the upsurge of online shopping and the frequent communication between people through WeChat,the WeChat platform "Overseas Shopping Service" has developed rapidly.Because of tariffs and store operating costs,the high price of imported maternity products in China makes the price advantage of maternity and child care products of the same brand abroad more obvious.Foreign purchasing of maternity and baby products has become a craze.Such "overseas purchasing" can expand consumes' needs.those consumers can have big brands product by cheaper prices.Panpan maternal and child supplies overseas purchasing is operated less than three years,Business model,Customer groups,Supply channels and Storage inventory,etc.There are many areas need improvement while it also face multiple pressures,including the new tariff adjustment belt Pressure from the pressure of rapid rise of competitors.To solve these problems from the pressures,Can the store management continue to expand the scale,and constantly expand their own advantages? Now Panpan maternal and child supplies overseas shopping store has accumulated a certain source of custormers,but also expand the relevant business,There is still a huge gap between store revenues and those of mature mothers and children buying overseas,and why? Its root cause is the strategy and strategy of WeChat marketing is still not perfect,to make the store expand operations and operate healthily,it is urgent to find the problems in its marketing strategy and put forward corresponding countermeasures.This article is Based on the research of STP target marketing strategy and 4P marketing strategy which intends to integrate relevant theories.By summarizing the status of maternal and child products overseas shopping service,SWOT Analysis on WeiChat 's Marketing Environment for Overseas Shopping Service of Panpan Household and Baby Products,Indicating the strategic direction of overseas purchasing of Panpan's maternal and infant products,In this paper,data analysis and questionnaires are used,Then we can find out the prominent problems in the current marketing strategy of Pantene's overseas purchasing of maternal and child products.From the aspect of STP's target market strategy and strategy level of Products,Price,Place,Promotion to sort out a clear target market,and explore a suitable road for its own marketing strategy,Then build a more perfect marketing system and help Panpan's baby products overseas purchasing on wechat marketing grow bigger and stronger.
