| For a long time,the situation of tourist toilets in China is unsatisfactory.Many problems are still strongly reflected,such as dirty environment,difficult access to toilets,poor toilet conditions,small number of toilets and partial location of toilets.The shortcomings of tourist toilets restrict the development and progress of tourism in China.To achieve a qualitative breakthrough and progress in tourism,it is particularly important to solve the problem.For this reason,China vigorously promotes the revolution of tourist toilets,and other places respond positively.The three-year action plan of toilet revolution in 2015 has come to an end,and the new plan is being carried out.Therefore,it is necessary to study the status of the toilet revolution and visitor perception,find out the shortcomings of the construction and put forward suggestions to promote the more effective development of the toilet revolution.Taking Nanjing as an example,this paper selected 145 tourist toilets constructed and reformed in the toilet revolution for field investigation.Through data statistics and analysis,this paper summarized the problems in the overall construction,management norms,daily cleaning,facility maintenance and convenient service of Nanjing tourist toilets.This paper investigates the expectation and satisfaction of tourists in Nanjing’s tourist toilets by means of questionnaire survey.SPSS software is used to deal with the questionnaire data.IPA method is used to analyze the importance and satisfaction perception of tourists to the evaluation index of Nanjing’s tourist toilets.According to the perception and evaluation of tourists,the paper puts forward the strategies to improve the satisfaction of tourist toilets.It makes a consistent comparison of visitor perception,and puts forward suggestions for the development of tourist toilets in Nanjing.The main conclusions are as follows:the expectations of the users of tourist toilets in Nanjing are higher than the satisfaction of tourist toilets;the unreasonable proportion of male and female toilets,the improper cleaning of toilets,dirty dirt,liquid soap,toilet paper and other consumables,the odor of toilets,the lack of handrails or emergency callers in accessible toilets have a great impact on the satisfaction of tourists;and the problems of tourist toilets in Nanjing should be solved.The main focus of tourists is on the practicability,comfort and convenience of tourist toilets,which is also the most basic and important requirement of tourists for tourist toilets.According to the main problems existing in tourist toilets,suggestions are put forward in two aspects:key improvement and active promotion;on-site investigation results of Nanjing tourist toilets and tourist toilet tour.Comparing the consistency of visitor perception evaluation,it is found that visitor perception is basically consistent with the results of on-site survey.At the same time,some suggestions are put forward for the construction of tourist toilets in Nanjing. |
