In recent years,the slogan of entrepreneurship of our national officers has been sounded.Regardless of the ruling concept or the protection of workers' rights and interests,as well as the protection of workers,incentives for innovation and creation,it has been perfected in policy and law.These reserve guarantees are laying a solid foundation for the whole society to advocate labor,respect and protect workers.Our Party,government and leaders also put forward in various conferences and speeches that we should establish and improve the labor insurance mechanism,improve the coordination of labor relations,develop good labor relations and enable workers to achieve decent work,and regard this requirement as a human-oriented factor.However,at present,we are still in the primary stage of socialism,and the establishment of our market economic system is not yet perfect.At present,the employment conditions of workers are poor,the management level is not high,the working time is relatively long,there are still differences between men and women or certain gender discrimination in employment and recruitment,the wage level is relatively low,there are inevitably disputes in the process of labor,but there can not be good complaints.The channel of summation arbitration can not guarantee the protection of workers'rights and interests.Coal industry,as one of the major energy industries,has always occupied an important position in China's economy,and will continue to affect China's economic development.However,the realization and development of decent labor in the coal industry is not in direct proportion to its status.Although the treatment of workers in coal enterprises has been significantly improved over the past few years after the ideological development,there is still a big gap compared with the income of employees in other energy industries.Coal workers have heavy tasks,great danger,long-term underground work,physical and mental fatigue,but the salary level can not reach the desired level,the environment,social security situation,social dialogue and other aspects are still far from achieving decent work.However,only by achieving decent work,can the overall development of the coal industry be enhanced,and can the rapid and stable development of the economy be guaranteed.Therefore,the realization of decent work by employees of coal enterprises plays a very important role in the energy security of the whole country and the scientific development of the economy and society.The spiritual connotation of decent labor is to ensure that workers can work in a fair and decent environment with dignity and freedom by promoting employment rate,increasing social security,safeguarding workers'basic rights and interests,and conducting multi-party consultation and coordination dialogue among competent authorities,employers and trade unions.Its significance lies in promoting each individual to work in a legal,fair and dignified environment.Under the conditions of personal dignity and freedom,people can get what they can get and depend on,and get their own recognition and social recognition through labor.For workers,it contains not only income and subsistence security,but also personality respect and sense of social value,so that each worker can get satisfaction through labor,realize self-value and sense of existence,and prove that their free existence and labor are meaningful.Through the literature review and theoretical basis,related concepts and theoretical analysis of decent labor,this paper puts forward the concepts of decent labor,International Labour Organization and labor standards,corporate social responsibility and other related concepts involved in the research process,introduces the structural dimensions of decent labor,and defines the four core components of the measurement of decent labor indicators.This paper introduces the basic situation of ZZ Mining(Group),analyses and summarizes the problems existing in human resource management of ZZ Mining(Group),and further illustrates the need for employees of ZZ Mining(Group)to improve the level of decent labor.This paper studies and designs the investigation of decent work of employees in ZZ Mining Group,and carries out the investigation and interview.Further,the reliability and validity of the survey were analyzed,the sample data were analyzed,and the scores of the four core indicators were compared and analyzed.Based on the relevant data and theory,the model of decent labor was established and the regression analysis of the overall and various dimensions was carried out.This paper studies the necessity of decent labor optimization,uses the previous analysis,and then puts forward the decent labor optimization scheme of ZZ Mining(Group).Firstly,do well the existing factors,optimize and improve the existing ones.Secondly,add the ones that are not available.supplement the elements that are lacking.Thirdly,innovate their own,number pulse,precise countermeasures,and carry out decent work for employees of ZZ Mining(Group)with pertinence.
