With the continuous development of our economy and the increasingly fierce competition,the coal enterprises in our country economic situation grim and complex,part of the coal enterprise management difficult,along with the advance of technology at the same time,the coal enterprises of employees work content and the way has changed,this for most of the low cultural level of employees is a challenge.Coal enterprise frontline staff,there is a special working environment and working conditions,low level of workers,cultural qualities and skills,unreasonable regulations in enterprises and the reason such as the lack of social support,enterprises are faced with the larger staff working pressure,the physiological and psychological health caused great threat to the staff at the same time also affect the enterprise production efficiency and enterprise development.However,for a long time,the problem of relieving the working pressure of employees in coal mines has been neglected.Enterprises have not paid enough attention to the pressure of employees,and employees are at a loss in the face of working pressure.Therefore,it is urgent to relieve the working pressure of front-line employees in coal enterprises.The main purpose of this study is to analyze the situation and causes of frontline staff working pressure coal enterprises,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions accordingly,in order to better alleviate the pressure of the employee's work,for the coal enterprise alleviate the pressure of the frontline staff to provide the reference and reference,to improve employee's ability to cope with work pressure and improve the enterprise operation and management mechanism,so as to promote the coordinated development of employees and enterprise.In this paper,some front-line employees of S coal mine in shenyang city were taken as research objects.Through literature analysis,field research and questionnaire survey,data of research objects were collected,and the investigation found that the front-line employees under investigation generally suffered from high work pressure.Therefore,this article from the perspective of social work,aiming at the problems existing in the research object,using the theory of professional social work theory ofcognitive behavior,social support theory and advantages as theoretical basis,and use of professional social work method for working method to carry out the group activities,and alleviate the pressure of the coal enterprise frontline staff,and targeted puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,promoting the common development and progress of employees and enterprises.The study found that the use of group work method to carry out activities is conducive to relieve the pressure of frontline employees,improve the ability of frontline employees to cope with the pressure of work.The innovation of this paper is that few people pay attention to the research object,while the predecessors pay more attention to the enterprise managers.In this paper,the use of professional group work method,can effectively relieve the pressure of the coal enterprise front-line employees,to provide good service for employees.The main disadvantage is that the skills of controlling group and chairing group discussion are full of challenges for social workers,and the service effect needs to be improved.
