In the end,the competition of modern enterprises is still the competition of talents.By hiring high-quality talents to complete the production and operation goals of enterprises.they can grow and develop in the market economy.In order to maximize the enthusiasm of the employees of the company,the relevant performance appraisal system came into being.For enterprises,performance appraisal provides the impetus for their development.For enterprise employees,performance appraisal clarifies the direction of their efforts.However,in the actual work,how to fully mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of employees,construct a scientific performance appraisal system,and give full play to its due role is one of the major problems faced by the management,and it is also urgently needed for the state-owned enterprises in China.A general problem.Although most companies currently adopt a performance appraisal system,the results are not satisfactory.As a research object of this thesis.Shenhua Group has achieved some achievements in performance appraisal after years of development,but there are still many problems to be solved.Based on the relevant performance appraisal theory,this paper draws on the experience and lessons of the same industry enterprises,and deeply analyzes the problems of Shenhua Group in performance appraisal.Firstly,based on the original performance appraisal system,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal of Shenhua Group through questionnaires,employee interviews and other research methods.The specific performance is the systematic lack of performance appraisal;the setting of performance targets is not clear.Lack of performance plans;more negative incentives are used in performance appraisal,not positive incentives.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes Shenhua Group's specific performance improvement plan and implementation steps,including design goals and principles,department-level performance system design,employee-level performance system design,and measures to improve Shenhua Group's performance appraisal.Secondly,this paper proposes the implementation steps of Shenhua Group's improved performance appraisal system from three aspects:implementation results,implementation evaluation and safeguard measures.Finally,the research conclusions and research deficiencies of this paper are put forward,and it is hoped that the research results of this paper will provide new ideas and enlightenment for the construction of perfonnance appraisal system of other similar state-owned enterprises in China.
